Do you get high and satisfying grades at school? How do you take exams?
Final exams are the greatest exams among the rest.
It measures how far you have learned in a semester, or grading period, or even board exams.
Taking exams is not easy, of course. It takes a day or a week to go all over your previous lessons for you to be able to answer all the difficult questions on the exam. Different subjects bother every student.
But me, Mathematics doesn't get out of my mind every examination.
My head is spinning with all the numbers I can see on all the angles of the test questions. But then, I got to study because it is a big deal for my grades.
As I accelerate on my year level, I am learning different techniques that will help me to overcome different kinds of examinations.
Just be confident to yourself that you can do it.
Here are some tips that may help you:

Eat well- Early in the morning, our body needs nutrients to sustain the needs of our body.
Nutrients that can help our body to fight for the day's activities.
You should eat foods that are healthy and can give you satisfaction.
Eat rice, nutritious seafoods or any food that would satisfy your taste buds.

Study well- be sure that you had studied all the possible questions or data that may come out in the examination. Prepare a reviewer if necessary.
Create acronyms to a long term for you to remember that word easily.
Bear in mind the equations, formulas, or the constants if any.
3.
Pray- never ever forget to pray.
Don't forget that in every action you are doing, God is always keeping his eyes on you.
An remember, even though how hard you had studied, that would be meaningless if you don't ask any guidance from the Lord. As the saying says, "Do your best and God will the rest."
As I followed this techniques every exams, I never fail. In fact, I always get impressive grades.
And yes, I still belong to the top 10 of the class. Now, if you are a study-minded one, like me, better follow these techniques too. Because I had proved that these styles are very effective. So, what are you waiting for? Eat well, study well, and pray to the God almighty, for he never fails us.

Rude teenagers! Poor grades! Talking back! Out of control teens!
As the song goes, "Why can't they be like we were - perfect in every way?" As I think about that, I wonder if my generation was really so different from the teenagers of today. Or, is it possible that if I take time to remember my own teen years, I might become more sensitive and sympathetic to my teen today?
The teen years may be challenging but teens are also funny, interesting, caring, loving, and committed people! When parents understand behaviors that are part of the normal process of growing up, they don't have to be alarmed, ashamed, hurt, embarrassed, threatened, or shocked.
It is NORMAL for teens to:
o Spend lots of time with friends.
o Desire independence and freedom.
o Feel invincible.
o Have opinions that are different from parents.
o Challenge rules because they see exceptions and extenuating circumstances. o Experience intense emotions and mood swings.
o Appreciate more privacy.
Teens are getting ready to leave home.
That is a tough job. During these few years teenagers are learning to become independent, become problem solvers, and become comfortable with themselves.
Parents also have a tough job. They are trying to understand teens and to help them become mature adults.
It is helpful to remember that teens are in process.
They are not who they will be as adults. A lot of learning is still taking place.
These years are the training ground for mature adult characteristics.
Tension is eased when parents merely understand the changing behaviors of teenagers.
Knowing what's "normal" for teens helps parents identify skills required to effectively guide their children. Skills like calm listening - even when I disagree! Skills like encouraging a child to think and make decisions - even when the decision is different from my own! And even the skill of parental introspection to determine, "What do I really want?" and "Why do I care so much?" All of these skills help parents refocus on their own long range goals and dreams for their children, themselves, and their family together. When parents realize that both teenager and parent have tough jobs, they can be gentler on themselves - and their teens.
With intentional communication - knowing what NOT to say is sometimes more powerful than knowing what to say - parents and teens can build a base for a relationship that will last a lifetime. You CAN enjoy life with your teen!

In case you haven't heard yet from your local (or resident) junior high and high school kids, the latest trendy item is the purity ring.
A lot of the girls have them and some of the boys are wearing them too.
Even the latest preteen musical group sensation, The Jonas Brothers, wears them. So, you ask, what is a purity ring? The concept of the purity ring was originated in the United States in the early 1990's by Christian and affiliated sexual abstinence groups. The ring is a symbol of the wearer's vow to abstain from sex until marriage.
The ring is usually worn on the left ring finger to serve as a constant reminder to remain abstinent until it is replaced with a wedding ring.
There are many styles of purity rings.
Those worn by Christians may include a cross in the design as a reference to Jesus Christ.
Yet others are designed with a butterfly, a flower, or engraved with "True Love Waits", "Vow of Purity", or another similar saying. Some of the more expensive rings may include a diamond or other gemstone.
In addition, you may also find other purity jewelry with the same symbols and sayings.
There are necklaces, dog tags, and wrist bands available. Purity jewelry usually comes with a Vow of Purity Certificate that the wearer can sign and frame.
Some people believe that teenagers will be teenagers and that we should just give in and tell them as long as they are practicing safe sex that's the best we can hope for.
That certainly is the easy way out, but what are we teaching our children about self respect and self restraint? I applaud any effort that tries to teach our children self respect, and the purity ring is an excellent symbolic and every day reminder of the values we should hold in high esteem.

What your child knows about purity rings may tell you much about what they know and feel about the subject of teen sex.
